From Smart Security to AI Infrastructure: TATC's Strategic Transformation
Building on our smart technology heritage to power the next generation of AI applications.

Founded in Thailand in 2024, TATC began our journey in smart security and intelligent devices. We are now extending our experience into GPU computing and AI infrastructure to support the growing demand for artificial intelligence.
Our Beginning: Smart Security and Intelligent Devices
During 2024-2025, we focused on smart cameras, video surveillance products, and intelligent security solutions for residential and commercial applications. Through these activities, we developed experience in hardware sourcing, product delivery, customer engagement, and technology-driven operations.
Our work in smart security also introduced us to connected devices, video data processing, and the evolving requirements of intelligent monitoring systems. These experiences provided a foundation for our expansion into AI-related services.
Recognizing the AI Opportunity
We saw smart security evolve from conventional video recording toward AI-powered analytics, intelligent detection, and automated monitoring. Applications such as object detection, video understanding, and real-time analysis increasingly require computing resources beyond traditional device capabilities.
At the same time, large language models, generative AI, and AI agents were creating new computing requirements across industries. We recognized that the next generation of intelligent applications would depend not only on connected devices, but also on reliable computing infrastructure.
Our Strategic Transformation
In 2025, TATC initiated our strategic transformation toward GPU computing and AI infrastructure services. Growing AI demand, interest in localized computing resources, and Thailand's expanding digital infrastructure ecosystem shaped this decision.
For us, this was an extension of our existing capabilities rather than a complete departure from our original business. Our experience in customer development, hardware procurement, supplier coordination, and technology product operations offers transferable strengths as we enter the AI infrastructure market.
Our Next Chapter
Moving into 2026, we plan to advance infrastructure deployment planning, data center collaboration, hardware procurement, and commercial development. Our business direction encompasses Bare Metal GPU computing and a planned AI Token API for enterprises with different infrastructure and application requirements.
From intelligent devices to intelligent infrastructure, we continue to evolve with the technologies and industries we serve.
