TATC is establishing a customer review process for new service engagements. The process is intended to establish who will use a service, how it will be used and which restrictions apply before access is enabled.
For new service engagements, TATC will review the customer's business identity, authorised representative and proposed use, such as visual AI model training or AI applications for cross-border e-commerce. Supporting information may be requested according to the service and use case.
TATC will assess whether the customer, location or proposed use is subject to legal, export-control, sanctions or upstream-provider restrictions applicable to the selected service. This review is intended to help prevent access by restricted parties.
Customers must use services lawfully and hold the rights and permissions needed for their data and workloads, including images, video and personal data used in visual AI. Services must not be used for malware, phishing, attacks, unauthorised access or infringement of others' rights.
If a concern arises during review, TATC will assess it and may request further information, delay access or decline service. Handling of concerns after service begins follows the applicable agreement.
Data handling, processing location and each party's responsibilities depend on the selected service and applicable agreement. See the documents below or contact TATC for more information.
