True Internet Data Center Co., Ltd. operates the facility and supplies colocation services such as rack space, power and cooling. TATC is the colocation customer and plans to own and operate the GPU equipment it deploys there. Customer access to dedicated servers will follow the agreed service terms.
True IDC publicly describes its data centres as carrier-neutral facilities with multi-layer physical security. Uptime Institute's public directory lists Tier III awards for specified True IDC buildings, phases and data halls.
Facility certifications belong to True IDC and the specifically certified facility scope; they are not certifications issued directly to TATC. TATC will not attribute a building- or hall-specific certification until its contracted deployment location is confirmed.
