From a server enquiry to remote handover, acceptance and ongoing support.
Customers rent a whole physical GPU server from TATC for remote use. TATC owns, deploys and maintains the GPU equipment. At a colocation site, the facility operator supplies space, power and cooling while TATC remains the customer-facing service provider. Customers ordinarily do not handle the physical equipment.
Tell TATC about your workload, preferred GPU configuration, number of servers, rental term and any network, software or data-location requirements. TATC uses these details to discuss a suitable dedicated-server arrangement.
Review the selected configuration, deployment location, access scope, rental term, price calculation, acceptance steps and support terms with TATC. The quotation and signed agreement set out the commercial and operating details for the selected service.
TATC prepares the GPU equipment and provides the access and handover information agreed for the service. The connection method, administrative rights and delivery schedule are specified in the agreement and handover materials.
Follow the agreed acceptance steps, then use the server remotely within the granted access rights. The customer administers its applications and workload data; TATC handles the physical GPU equipment and agreed infrastructure support. Software, backup and security responsibilities are defined in the service agreement.
Use the support channel stated in the service agreement for access, equipment or infrastructure issues. Include the affected server, time and a description of the issue, while keeping credentials and sensitive workload data out of the report.
Displayed GPU-hour rates and whole-server specifications are references for comparing possible configurations. Actual hardware, deployment, access, billing method and total price depend on the customer's requirements and are specified in the customer contract.
