Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing TATC's Token API, Bare Metal GPU services and AI solutions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

TATC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. provides (a) a unified Multi-Model Gateway Token API across leading foundation models behind one OpenAI-compatible key, (b) single-tenant bare-metal GPU servers with full root access, and (c) high-impact AI workloads including AI Vision, Cross-Border E-Commerce AI, and MCN & Digital Live Streaming. All resources are deployed and operated by our engineering team from a regional Tier III data centre.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the services for unlawful activities.
• Do not attempt to circumvent tenant isolation or access resources you are not entitled to.
• Respect all applicable Thai laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and telecommunications regulations.

4. Billing

All pricing is customised based on configuration and term and is quoted in USD (placeholder rates until published). Invoices are issued per your service agreement. Contact sales@tatc.cloud for billing inquiries.

5. Service Availability

The platform is backed by a 99.9% uptime service-level objective. Maintenance windows are announced in advance via the status page and your account contact.

6. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
